Julie Dupont, MA, MCOD, ACC

Julie Dupont is the Principal Strategist at Reimagine Leadership, where she collaborates with senior leaders and their teams, teaching the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in today’s fast-paced, time-crunched environments. As an experienced facilitator, and certified coach, Julie has been called upon to share her skills and knowledge locally and globally. What drives Julie is her to desire to create the kind of work environments that people actually WANT to work in, because they gain fulfillment from the work they do, and the team they contribute to. Certified in DISC, she frequently facilitates team building sessions that enhance communication skills, and as a lifelong learner, she is recently certified in the Genos suite of Emotional Intelligence tools, which complements her Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, and her Master’s certificate in Organizational Development. One of the keys to Julie’s success is her ability to really listen to the client and use her knowledge and experience to bring about a solution that is not only pleasant to work through, but also effective. She works hard to ensure there are sufficient feedback loops so that the quality-of-service meets, and even exceeds client expectations. Plus, she’s great at creating engaging environments that make learning easy and fun – and who doesn’t want great learning? Not only has Julie won two national excellence awards for developing, designing and delivering an Emerging Leaders program that showed 1300% ROI, but she has also made big waves in a large global manufacturing company where she drove the renewal of an organization-wide Leadership Development program to enhance its culture and build capability. Julie’s passion for personal growth is demonstrated by her contagious enthusiasm, and belief in the power of transforming lives through authentic connections and courageous conversations. Elizabeth Lance, MA, MASc

Elizabeth Lance, MA, MASc is an award-winning innovation management consultant specializing in the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) program. Since 2008, she has assisted hundreds of companies across Canada to receive millions in government funding. As the creator of SR&ED Education and Resources, Elizabeth has a broad knowledge of the industry and has been interviewed by the national press on R&D in Canada. Elizabeth holds both a Master of Arts (University of Toronto) and a Master of Applied Science – Technology Innovation Management Engineering (Carleton University). She is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and FinOps Certified Practitioner.

Isaac Framst, B.Sc.

Isaac is an accomplished researcher and graduate student at the world-renowned Ontario Veterinary College. He has experience managing quick-service restaurants ensuring profitability by close management of staffing, product quality and overall operations. With an eye for detail, Isaac expertly scrutinizes all aspects of a problem to develop robust solutions. His expertise in results reporting, communication and data management allows him to deliver clear and complete action plans to customers. Isaac is a passionate leader working to encourage and support team members in all aspects. Isaac has earned a reputation for his drive and commitment to his community and his work. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Pathobiology, focusing on microbial genetics and immune cell response in airway disease.

Natasha Milijasevic, PHD, MBA

Natasha Milijasevic has over 25 years of experience leading process and technology transformation, and quality and safety improvement. She has held leadership positions in health care, broader public sector, software, and management consulting, where she has supported clients with everything from strategic planning, to business process reengineering, to technology implementation. Natasha has worked across Canada, the United States and Caribbean, working with clients in sectors including: manufacturing, retail and distribution, not-for-profits, airlines, and health sciences equipment. Natasha has a MBA from Rotman, a PhD from the University of Toronto, and an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences from Queen’s University. She is a member of the Board of the Peel Children’s Aid Society, and the Stranahan House and Museum in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. With a number of health system and technology appointments and publications, she is dedicated to advancing innovation and quality improvement.

David Kerr

David Kerr has been involved in various manufacturing settings for over 20 years. He has been a leader in automotive, electronics, and construction equipment industries. Over his career he has held roles from Production Supervisor to Operations Manager as well as Project Manager and Continuous Improvement Facilitator resulting in a strong knowledge in manufacturing processes. He has experience in different sized businesses, responsible for managing a half billion dollar plant in excess of 700 people, to operating a facility with no more than 25 employees. In his career he has been responsible for all aspects of Manufacturing including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Materials, Engineering and Human Resources. David is a “people first” leader. His awareness that processes and improvements are only as good as the individuals implementing them ensures that employee engagement, motivation, and recognition are included in every project plan. David is a PMP (project management professional) with Six Sigma Blackbelt training. He represented Research in Motion as a board member on the AfEE consortium where companies collaborated and shared best practices in Lean management. He was also selected to represent operations on a team responsible for the due diligence and integration on a $1.2 billion acquisition. David has facilitated training in several of his roles, including global training on Root cause and corrective action tools and techniques, 5S, and Lean principles. He has also conducted multiple Kaizen and value stream mapping events in his various roles.
