Digital Transformation

When working on digital transformation projects, the first step is to establish the current state of the business process being digitized or automated. During this stage, the goal is to map the process while identifying key systems that support each step. With this information in hand, we work to determine the future state process using our expertise, while also collaborating with the client and potential vendors offering digital solutions. Lastly, a project budget and implementation roadmap are completed. Common projects include ERP selection and optimization, AI, and shopfloor automation, however, we’ve supporting clients with numerous other projects as well.

Operations

With our team of industry experts, we are equipped to come to your business and diagnose your pain points whether they are operational, financial, organizational, or otherwise. We will then conduct a gap analysis, generate strategy and plan for issue resolution focused on key metrics, and support you through the execution phase until you start seeing the desired results.

Government

We offer authorized consulting services to support various provincial and federal government programs, such as the DCC and CIT programs offered by the Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI). In addition, we can help identify the right government program for your business, lead the application process and see things through to funding approval.

Lean

Opportunities to eliminate waste in our business are everywhere and often low-hanging. Let us help you identify these improvement opportunities and work with you to build sustainable processes and systems that will allow your business to increase its productivity and keep it trending upward.

SR&ED

We offer full support of the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) government program. This includes helping you identify viable projects, seeing the projects through the application process and implementing processes and systems that will help you manage SR&ED projects more effectively going forward.
